Job Description
The job responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:
Directs, develops, and implements strategy and growth plans to grow AECOM’s Energy pipeline at the same rate as the market is growing.
Leverage existing professional network of client relationships to provide new business opportunities. Ensure key accounts are managed for growth under the client account management (CAM) program. The Strategy & Growth Director will play a key leadership role in management of the CAM program.
Confer with Energy Practice Lead, RBLL’s, RPL’s, Global Business Line, and other Global Business Lines Strategy & Growth Leads to determine sales strategies, objectives, tactical actions to achieve Energy Practice sales targets. Lead, coach, and mentor Regional Sales Leads, Capture Managers, CAMs and other sales resources to facilitate growth and supporting their professional development.
Define current and new target markets/strategies and analyze current market share of the organization and its competitors.
Collaborate with other business lines to promote cross-selling of services, achieve successful capture of large-scale pursuits, and grow client accounts.
Serves as the leader of AECOM’s business development activities in a defined major metropolitan or geographic area, in coordination with the region executive, region business line leader, market sector leads, and district general manager(s).
Identify and develop technology solutions strategies, innovations and innovative services to grow the business and support strategic Initiatives and campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS + EXTENSIVE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education in the energy industry, including 6 years of leadership
Proven experience in business development, and strong existing relationships within the energy industry

Relocation is available for this position.

Travel is required for this position.
Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $275,000.00 - $350,000.00.
