Job Description
Works with the Company estimating systems and processes.
Acquire basic level of understanding of estimating terminology, measures, concepts and principles for preparing estimates.
Recognizes how various processes/project actions and assumptions may impact estimates.
Under supervision prepares bid packages, conceptual estimates and analysis of subcontractor bids, etc. for projects.
Performs duties with limited complexity under direct supervision, such as material take offs, compilation of historical data, etc.
Expected to assist in the preparation of larger and more complex estimating assignments including the Estimate Plan.
Qualifications
Fluent – technical English - essential requirement
Knowledge of the sanitary installation and HVAC, with a focus on professional experience in independent cost estimating of construction and finishing works, Fit - Out sector or electrical installations
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
At least good skills in Cost Estimating Software, Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word
Independence of action and good organization of work
Supportive, ability to work in teams, strong communication skills in an international context
