The Professional role provides timely and quality inputs for the delivery of master planning, infrastructure planning, financial and economic assessment, development strategies, feasibility study, urban planning, socio-economic planning, and environmental / urban sustainability development. Responsibilities include the preparation of reports and proposals to clients, and developing and enhancing relationships with clients, AECOM staff and suppliers.
Provide technical expertise to resolve clients/project requirements
Draft formal reports, proposals, tender documents and correspondence
Undertake ad hoc project related tasks as required which may include; studies and assessments, data analysis, technical writing, presentations, and legislation research
Develop and maintain positive relationship with clients to enhance client retention and growth
Seek client feedback and help to action improvement plans
Identify further opportunities with client and cross-sell AECOM services where appropriate
Effectively communicate in a professional manner with other project staff including subcontractors, suppliers, clients and the community to enhance working relationships and outcome
Receive general instruction on project tasks and undertake training for standard procedures
Bachelor or Master Degree in Economic/Finance
Minimum 5 years of experiences in some of these follows:
Master planning, infrastructure planning, financial and economic assessment, development strategies, feasibility study, PPP;
Urban planning and research, physical/site planning, development strategies;
Environmental / urban sustainable policies and development program;
socio-economic planning for both public and private sectors..
Worked as an advisor or consultant for both domestic and international projects
Quality and productivity in execution of duties and responsibilities as outlined previously
Effective collaboration, negotiation and teaming skills
Demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to develop relationships
Strong oral and written communication skills
English proficiency in overall skills
- 12 months contract subject to renewal based on project requirement.
