Job Description

The role is responsible for delivering a strong candidate flow to meet company requisitions, supporting the development of recruitment plans and strategies, and performing talent acquisition activities in compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. The role will primarily focus on positions within the ANZ regions

  • Perform talent acquisition activities for the assigned region, including managing simple to complex requisitions, while maintaining a consistent and positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

  • Leverage talent acquisition expertise to maintain the TA lifecycle and develop a strong and healthy candidate pipeline.

  • Perform data gathering activities and develop relevant market scans and talent maps for recruitment strategy planning.

  • Provide key updates to operations stakeholders on requisition status, timelines, and projects/hiring plans as needed. Leverage stakeholder feedback and other resources to improve processes, enhance the client experience, and increase productivity.

  • Participate in recruitment meetings with recruitment partners to identify requisition requirements, and support in creating sourcing strategies in alignment with company standards and practices.

  • Maintain recruitment data and perform data management activities to ensure the accuracy of information in the company’s applicant tracking system (Smart Recruiters), supporting reporting needs.

  • Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead. May support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes.

  • Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.

  • Contribute specialized expertise to different assigned projects and may provide key updates to Team Lead and Manager.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course or at least 4 years of recruitment experience in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model in the civil Engineering Field.

  • Must have experience within a high-volume recruiting environment and recruiting for technical role and strategic understanding of talent acquisition techniques (e.g; Boolean search, talent mapping), standards, and procedures.

  • Adept in using talent acquisition tools/candidate sourcing techniques/tools, applicant tracking systems, internet-based sourcing tools such as Smart Recruiters, Taleo, Avature, Linkedin, HiringSolved and other similar platforms and tool.

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
