Job Description

This role is primarily responsible to provide routine transactional support to the time and labor process and facilitation of accurate timecard transactions.

  • Perform assigned time and labor processes to support the overall timekeeping services in compliance with methodologies, relevant regulations, and established standards.

  • Support in the compilation, review, and accurate posting of timekeeping data.

  • Review timesheets and verify attendance or hours worked inline with standard methodologies and processes.

  • Perform multiple routine tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures

  • Provide support on weekly close process to ensure accurate posting of timecard transactions

  • Create and review period-end reports such as post-payroll reports based on the stakeholder’s requirements

  • Provide support on payroll inquiries using company HR systems

  • Escalate and analyze identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.

  • Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.

  • Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.

  • Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues.

  • Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in payroll and timekeeping services

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools  

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures

  • Experience in using payroll systems

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model with compensation-related role or other similar functions is preferred

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures

  • Experience using Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, and other similar platforms and tools is preferred

  • Open for any shift schedule (Early Morning, Morning, Mid, and/or Night Shift)
