Job Description

Through its creative strategy and design of visual collaterals, Asia Region's Creative Services team plays an important role in inspiring target audiences to engage with AECOM to deliver a better world.

Reporting to Asia Head of Brand, Creative & Writing Services, the scope of this position will include but not limit to below:

Creative Direction

  • Take the lead in overseeing the Asia creative team, which includes members based in Hong Kong and Manila.

  • Develop strategic concepts for various projects.

  • Provide support in event production.

  • Possess strong creativity and bring ideas to life through visual mediums, including social content, brochures, advertisements, corporate premiums, proposals, presentations, and other business development collaterals.

Operation Management

  • Manage the pipeline of projects.

  • Engage with internal clients during assignments and collaborate closely with sub-regional marketing teams and corporate functions.

  • Maintain a visual assets bank.

  • Oversee the investment and management of multimedia software and hardware.

  • Represent the Asia Region in global visual brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Hold a degree or diploma in Graphic Design/Multimedia Design or other relevant disciplines.

  • Have a minimum of 6 years of solid experience in a visual communications or graphic design role, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of projects and a strong design flair (experience in a related field is advantageous).

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, After Effects), Microsoft Office, and digital publishing.

  • Ability to support photography, video editing, and multimedia work is highly regarded.

  • Possess a good understanding of marketing and visual communications.

  • Be a creative and proactive team player, capable of working under pressure with excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Strong in multitasking, resource management, and time management.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin language skills are a plus).

  • Demonstrates a well-organized personality
