Job Summary

TAMS (An AECOM Company) is seeking a Quality Control Lead to join our team at our IOL Sarnia Project. This is a Nightshift position and will support the 2019 Spring Turnaround Quality Team.

Responsible for monitoring CSA 178.2 CWB conformance to quality, performance, specifications and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties. Performs field inspections and/or audit duties and maintains inspection records. Ensures all contract documents represented by working drawings and specifications are properly executed.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as technical expert in field inspections ad audits, recognized as the 'go-to' expert internally and externally

  • Provides guiding direction for inspections on engagements.

  • Sets direction and goals for inspection and/or business line.

  • External spokesperson on technical project issues.

  • Leads the audit strategy for individual's area of expertise.

  • Key point of contact for engagements and member of TAMS senior leadership team.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school Diploma + 10 Years of Experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

  • This position will be required to drive a vehicle on behalf of AECOM and therefore will require the candidate to submit a satisfactory driver's abstract for review.
