Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Senior CEI Manager for immediate employment for the San Antonio, TX office. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:

  • Marketing

  • Improve AECOM’s CEI/CM/CPM Scheduling of Highways and Bridge presence in San Antonio

  • Maintain current client base and expand

  • Focused on TxDOT (SAT),

  • Cross selling AECOM Services to Clients

  • Assist in Delivering Response to RFQ’s and Interviews throughout Texas

  • Identifying Key Teaming Arrangements

  • Help maintain the CEI Groups winning percentage above 50%

  • Keep Safety in the forefront and lead the Safety initiatives

  • Keep the Client satisfaction high

  • Manage contracts to maintain the as promised profit margin

  • Hire and manage Key staff to deliver and win new work

  • Manage clients contractors, may serve as RE on larger projects

  • Assist peers with construction issues

Additional Information: 10 % overnight travel can be expected

Minimum Requirements

  • 15 years of experience, of which 7 years were managing (RE,AE, Asst AE) inspection, testing materials for highway and bridge construction projects

  • Texas PE

  • Due to the nature of this position, US Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent

  • 25+ years serving as ASST AE/AE/DOC for State DOT

  • ASST AE/AE in a Urban District

  • Active in area market and have TxDOT contacts

  • Previous TxDOT AE in SAT
