Lead technical coordination of design and survey works during the project design works and Author’s Supervision during the project construction, commissioning and increase of the output up to a rated capacity.
Take action to improve design quality and reduce consumption of material resources at the project and to reduce operational costs thereof through quality improvement of design, urban and architectural solutions;
Provide input into preparation of contracts for development/delivery of engineering products for execution with clients.
Provide input into design brief development and survey coordination to enable development of designs, estimates and other engineering documentation.
Coordinate its development for assigned projects, provide input into development of integrated programmes for design, research and development works on projects to incorporate state-of-the-art long-lead processes and plant.
Propose composition of the design team, assign design briefs by parts and sections, works cost and scope.
Develop work task orders for subcontractors and provide such subcontractors with the necessary initial data.
Settle issues arising with subcontractors during the design process.
Monitor the technical level of adopted design, urban and architectural solutions and effective costs of design and surveys and their timeline.
Ensure compliance of the completed design with federal standards, regulations, manuals and guidelines.
Defend the design in higher instances and expert authorities.
Coordinate rectification of any revealed defect in design, estimate and other engineering documentation.
Propose to the client and the designer changes for the Working Design to incorporate newly introduced regulatory documents and physical status of the construction.
Ensure review and integration of the project design/construction and operating experience and propose on such basis value engineering options.
Adhere to the Company Code of Conduct and other local corporate regulatory standards
Adhere to internal regulations for regulations for health, safety, environmental protection, occupational sanitation and fire protection.
Best local and international design-and-build practices;
Decrees, instructions and orders by superior authorities, guidelines/standards and practices for project design, construction and operation;
Fluency in Russian and English;
Standards and regulations for health, safety, environmental protection, occupational sanitation and fire protection;
Relevant higher education;
10 years of professional experience
