Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee for our Talent Acquisition team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This exciting opportunity is part of the Tamheer program, designed to provide hands-on experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. As a Trainee in Talent Acquisition, you will have the chance to learn and grow within a supportive professional environment while contributing to our organization's hiring efforts.

  • Assist in various stages of the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling

  • Support the coordination of candidate assessments and background checks

  • Help maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions

  • Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events to attract potential candidates

  • Assist in onboarding processes for new hires

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies

  • Prepare reports and presentations on recruitment metrics and trends

  • Support the team in maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and processes

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
