Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate - Landscape Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative and sustainable landscape projects, contributing to the transformation of urban spaces in the region.

  • Develop and oversee large-scale landscape architecture projects from concept to completion

  • Create detailed design plans, construction documents, and specifications using CAD software

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and urban planners

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery

  • Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders

  • Incorporate sustainable design practices and local environmental considerations into projects

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth

  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in landscape architecture

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes

  • Conduct site analyses and develop creative solutions for complex landscape challenges

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture

  • Professional license or registration as a Landscape Architect

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a focus on large-scale urban design projects

  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and 3D modeling tools

  • Strong design and conceptualization abilities, with a portfolio demonstrating innovative landscape solutions

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively

  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and their application in landscape architecture

  • Familiarity with Middle Eastern landscape design principles and local climate considerations

  • Understanding of environmental regulations and building codes relevant to the region

  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior staff members

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Willingness to adapt to evolving project requirements and client needs
