Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Landscape Architecture Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will lead and inspire our landscape architectural team, driving innovation and excellence in design while managing complex projects across the region.
Oversee and manage the landscape architectural team, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
Develop and execute innovative landscape design concepts for a diverse range of projects, including urban developments, parks, and large-scale commercial spaces
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and environmental specialists, to ensure integrated and sustainable design solutions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Conduct site analyses and develop detailed landscape plans, considering local climate, environmental factors, and cultural context
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards while promoting sustainable design practices
Participate in business development activities, including client meetings, proposal writing, and presentations
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in landscape architecture
Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
Contribute to the strategic growth and direction of the landscape architecture department
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of managing complex projects
Professional landscape architecture designation or eligibility for registration in Saudi Arabia
Extensive knowledge of Middle Eastern landscape design principles, climate-appropriate plant selection, and sustainable design practices
Strong project management skills, including experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Proficiency in landscape design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Familiarity with local environmental regulations and sustainable design practices in Saudi Arabia
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
