Job Description

  1. Develop, implement, and oversee sustainability initiatives and strategies for construction projects.

  2. Ensure all projects comply with LEED standards, manage the LEED documentation process, and collaborate with project teams to achieve desired LEED ratings.

  3. Ensure projects meet the Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS) standards and manage the certification process.

  4. Implement and oversee the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System across projects.

  5. Calculate, monitor, and work towards the reduction of GHG emissions for all projects.

  6. Conduct regular environmental audits to ensure compliance with local and international standards.

  7. Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet sustainability goals and are completed on time and within budget.

  8. Stay updated with regional and international environmental regulations and ensure all projects are compliant.

  9. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure sustainability goals are met.

  10. Review and Supervise implementation on sustainable practices, technologies, and materials in construction projects.

  11. Maintain Green Port database and ensure timely submission of environmental compliance report.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Engineering, preferably in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.

  2. LEED Accredited Professional.

  3. Certified Green Professional under the Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS).

  4. Certified Auditor ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System.

  5. Proven experience in construction supervision and working with contractor companies.

  6. Strong knowledge in GHG Emissions calculation, reduction, and Environmental Management, Monitoring, and Auditing.

  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  8. Strong commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet regional and international environmental regulatory requirements.
