Job Description
AECOM Water is seeking a talented Project (PM) for a large multi-year, multi-project Wastewater Program. The program involves planning, design, construction, commissioning, delivery, and closeout of multiple related projects totaling $500M+ in total capital cost. This key leadership and high-profile role present an excellent career development opportunity. The program involves the implementation of wastewater-related capital improvements and entails diverse technical aspects, including but not limited to regulators, pump stations, conveyance, and supporting infrastructure.
The PM works closely with and, in concert with the AECOM Program Management team and client will serve in a key role directing day-to-day project tasks and being instrumental to the successful development, implementation, and delivery of the program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Organize and direct activities between the technical and administrative aspects of the program, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, cash flow, QA/QC, risk analysis, document control, and management information systems for the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) components of a larger program.
Balance and address the needs and concerns of all the program stakeholders including but not limited to the client, public, local businesses, politicians, other agencies and the regulatory community.
Lead efforts, beginning at the planning phase, to develop a comprehensive program execution plan, implement community/public involvement, and coordinate/communicate relevant program status/issues with regulatory agencies.
Lead the development and implementation of the necessary business processes, plans, and procedures to manage design and construction in a programmatic, process-driven manner.
Direct design and construction management and oversight activities and supporting specialty contracts and vendor programs.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field + 4 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
6 years of relevant project management, planning, engineering, contract administration and construction management experience, preferably in water/wastewater related sector
$100MM+ capital improvement program experience.
P.E. registration, PMP or CCM certification.

Relocation is available for this position.
Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $90,000.00 - $130,000.00.
