Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Intermediate Architect for immediate employment.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Work independently as part of a project team in developing architectural design, with minimal oversight from the creative director

  • Develop strong innovative design concepts including technical solutions to make the design feasible

  • Promoting excellence and proactively contributing to the studio culture.

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS + 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 6 years’ experience

  • Familiarity with local building codes

  • Affinity with developing details and experience in construction documents

  • Ability to lead integrated design teams of varying sizes to accomplish project delivery from concept through construction document completion and may perform construction administration

  • Fluency in English is mandatory, another other language is an asset

  • Proficiency with Revit

  • Strong AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino, Adobe Suite skills

  • Confidence in working in a complex environment

  • Inspiring and steering teams toward a desired and shared outcome; effective people management.
