Job Description
AECOM is seeking a full time Construction Resident Project Manager to oversee elevator shaft repairs in a historic Federal Building in Lower Manhattan. Scope includes select asbestos abatement, plaster outer wall removal that is coated in lead-based paint, terra cotta wall replacement, replacement of plaster and finishing in thirteen elevator shafts. The work will primarily be performed during the night shift (8:00 p.m. through 4:00 a.m.) with potential Saturday work. There will also be 4–6-week periods of day shift work every 4-6 months. Construction duration is from May 2023 through August 2024.
Responsibilities include:
Assists the Project Management team in reviewing and implementing RFI's and change orders.
Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with specifications.
Work with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.
Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
Monitor design changes, contractor and sub-contractor activities and progress.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :
BA/BS and four years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Must be a US Citizen- Due to the nature of the work
Preferred Requirements :
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Project Management, or Environmental Engineering or related degree.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $87,000.00 - $135,200.00.
