AECOM Project Controls Engineer II in New York City, New York

Job Summary

Aecom is seeking a Project Controls Engineer II for our NYC offices.

Asisit the project control team in analyzing a large delay claim from the design - build contractor. The responsibility includes:

Review contempraneuous project documentation related to schedule delay issues.

Perform "Window" schedule delay anlaysis

Perform entitlement, causation, and responbility analysis

Assist project team in calculating damages associated with the extended General Conditions if applicable based on the delay analysis and entitlement.

Assist scheduling lead and Department head on special projects as deemed necessary.

Minimum Requirements

  • PSP Certification Preferred

  • Knowledge of SAP accounting system

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • BA/BS + 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPM scheduling and, Earned Value Analysis, Application of P6 software experience

  • Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and P6 knowledge

  • Bachelors in Civil Engineering
