Job Description

  • Overall responsible for monitoring and ensuring the projects HSEQ performance reporting system, i.e., Enablon and other as necessary.

  • Analyzing and validating the data, ensuring data is reported on time, and applications are used properly

  • Ensure effective use of the Enablon reporting system across NEOM projects. Managing day-to-day functions of Enablon reporting system.

  • Create access and permissions for users (Contributor, Validator, Investigator, etc) for Contractors, PMC and stakeholder of ENABLON.

  • Ensure data is reported and validate on time by the Contractors, PMC, and stakeholders.

  • Generate periodically reports to Stakeholders as needed on different levels such as Work Orders, Contractors, PMC, and Regions.

  • Assessment of reports to identify improvement opportunities and trends against goals and KPI.

  • Provide support and training to Contractors, PMC teams and individuals to comply with the report System.

  • Monitor areas of (sub)contract performance, as assigned.

  • Cooperate with NEOM HSEQ Enterprise to ensure applications are working properly.

  • Assisting HSE staff by consolidating the data.

  • Conducts Audits to the Enablon stakeholders to assure quality data.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data management, IT or similar

  • Microsoft office knowledge is a requirement.

  • Power BI and advance Excel knowledge is advantageous.

  • Previous experience in ENABLON is advantageous.

  • Previous experience in HSE is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Hands on experience on data management via mentioned applications

  • Reporting and data collection
