Job Description
Overall responsible for monitoring and ensuring the projects HSEQ performance reporting system, i.e., Enablon and other as necessary.
Analyzing and validating the data, ensuring data is reported on time, and applications are used properly
Ensure effective use of the Enablon reporting system across NEOM projects. Managing day-to-day functions of Enablon reporting system.
Create access and permissions for users (Contributor, Validator, Investigator, etc) for Contractors, PMC and stakeholder of ENABLON.
Ensure data is reported and validate on time by the Contractors, PMC, and stakeholders.
Generate periodically reports to Stakeholders as needed on different levels such as Work Orders, Contractors, PMC, and Regions.
Assessment of reports to identify improvement opportunities and trends against goals and KPI.
Provide support and training to Contractors, PMC teams and individuals to comply with the report System.
Monitor areas of (sub)contract performance, as assigned.
Cooperate with NEOM HSEQ Enterprise to ensure applications are working properly.
Assisting HSE staff by consolidating the data.
Conducts Audits to the Enablon stakeholders to assure quality data.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in data management, IT or similar
Microsoft office knowledge is a requirement.
Power BI and advance Excel knowledge is advantageous.
Previous experience in ENABLON is advantageous.
Previous experience in HSE is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills.
Hands on experience on data management via mentioned applications
Reporting and data collection
