Job Description
AECOM Canada is seeking a Director, Interface Manager Airport Operations. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga.
We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.
Major Responsibilities:
Offers specialized project management expertise to facilitate the coordination of organizational interfaces and requirements.
Collaborates with various airport departments to balance program impacts while meeting departmental demands effectively.
Engages with internal and external stakeholders to ensure necessary consultations and approvals are aligned.
Works closely with the broader program team to manage reviews, inspections, and approvals as needed.
Delivers updates and reports through the Delivery Cabinet and Interface Management Group to communicate interface risks and opportunities effectively.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess, at a very minimum:
- No less than a University Degree and 8 years of experience in Project/Program Management on large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
Preferred Requirements:
Professional designation in a relevant field considered an asset.
Proven expertise in project management and/or relevant technical disciplines for delivering complex projects.
Experience leading teams to successfully execute complex infrastructure projects and programs.
Strong technical proficiency across all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance, preferably within large aviation programs or projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and provide insightful reporting to support effective decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with diverse groups.
Additional Information
Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $123,000.00 - $205,000.00.
