Job Description
What will a day in this role look like:
Lead our Highways Team culture, performance, client and projects!
Work with an industry leading team on a broad range of city-shaping infrastructure projects.
Influence and lead strategy development and execution to achieve business success
Foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients/customers.
Lead change and productivity as we continue our digital delivery journey
Qualifications
What are we looking for from you?
Tertiary qualification in engineering or relevant Bachelor’s Degree, ideally with 15 years + relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in managing major transport infrastructure projects in a highways design capacity and meeting delivery requirements
Knowledge of the market for consulting services
Strong client focus with business development experience and demonstrated commercial acumen.
