Job Description
Our Energy team have an exciting opportunity available for a Major Projects Director to partner with key clients and deliver our major projects throughout ANZ. This opportunity is driven by major growth in our Renewable Energy sector and is a step towards diverse career pathways within our busy Energy team, based from our busy Melbourne or Adelaide offices.

What will a day in this role look like:
Drive key pursuits and client relationships across our diverse energy portfolio in ANZ
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and Major Project Delivery Leads throughout ANZ to deliver integrated project solutions for key clients.
Build client relationships and grow our Energy capability in a role that will enable multiple career pathways
Be based in Adelaide or Melbourne

Qualifications
What are we looking for from you?
A proven Engineer with experience leading and delivering major Energy projects across Grid, Renewables, Generation or Transmission and Distribution projects.
Ability to drive internal/external stakeholders towards project deliverables and manage packages of work for key clients
Exposure to mentoring Engineers across multidisciplinary Energy projects and growing team capability/skillsets
Bring multidisciplinary project teams together, driving forward delivery for major projects and integrating diverse technical skillsets to succeed towards one shared goal.
An understanding in diverse contracting models, specifically D&C projects, is highly advantageous.
