Are you a numerate and organised administrator who enjoys working in a large wide ranging international team? You might also be looking for an entry level position to develop your career as a safety professional. We're looking for someone to join our team to assist and support the safety business across the international business.

  • Assistance in the preparation of standard monthly / quarterly Europe SHE KPI reports in accordance with AECOM corporate requirements.

  • AECOM driver data management and liaison regarding the online driving details procedure.

  • Triage’ assessment of SHE electronic database notification reports.

  • Production of completion data / reporting etc. relating to SHE training and SHE training development support.

  • Support with the development and management of Europe SHE comms for distribution.

  • Manage and maintain the team calendar for all SHE activities (including SHE awards, competence schemes, new legislation, awareness days (internally and externally) for Europe.

  • Support function for bid support materials – collation, coordination and distribution.

  • Content manager for SHE Europe ecosystem pages and sharepoint information.

  • Coordination of SMA and Observation data for Europe.

  • Management and publication of data to technical excellence dashboard on a weekly basis.

  • Management of the close-out of accident / incident / observations and management of the incident actions tracker and subsequent lessons learnt.

  • Assistance with other SHE systems used internally including ergonomics and also SHE Europe procedures.

Minimum Requirements

  • Support and assist Safety, Health and Environmental (SH&E) department in the administration of routine functions, including, but not limited to: budget tracking, purchasing, records management, data reporting, and more.

  • Where an Administrator has sufficient job experience, exposure and training, they may also provide specialized project support in the form of hazard identification and recommendation of applicable control measures, development of project-specific health and safety plans, supporting SH&E department members in the development and delivery of SH&E training.

  • Administrator will possess a fundamental knowledge of applicable regulations, policies and procedures and provide support to maintain compliance with applicable requirements.

  • Other related duties may be assigned.
