Job Summary
AECOM has an opportunity in our Manchester team for a Senior Market Research Executive.
As part of this, full service, market research team you will be exposed to the whole research process from design, delivery and reporting on a range of interesting projects which can drive change.
Our projects are both Qualitative and Quantitative in nature and use a range of methodologies.
You will mainly be working on projects for central and local government bodies conducting research that will be used to inform policy decisions and drive change.
The role would suit a versatile individual with good attention to detail who can be flexible and to undertake a range of different tasks.
Task would include:
Research design
Project Management
Client Management
Overseeing data collection
Moderating Focus Groups and in-depth interviews
Data analysis (Qualitative & Quantitative)
Report writing/ presentations
Minimum Requirements
What You'll Need:
Desire to work both in quantitative and qualitative research (although preferences for just quantitative could be accommodated).
Experience in research planning and design, data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
You should demonstrate enthusiasm for market research with a focus on infrastructure, behavior change and environment.
You will have strong written, numerical, analytical and communication skills.
The ability/willingness to work flexibly, and travel within the UK.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant degree and/or professional qualifications.
Previous work portfolio related to job requirements would be an advantage.
