To maximize the value of AECOM’s Human Capital by enabling our people to succeed, develop and deliver the most innovative solutions for our clients.
As part of a team, responsibility for partnering Business Leaders to embed and execute the people strategy and drive business outcomes.
Support and partner the business to define and translate business needs into a workforce strategy. Partner with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to develop resource and development requirements in support of business strategy.
Drive cyclical activity including the annual Performance and Rewards process, ensuring consistent and fair decisions. Ensures decisions are market and performance driven with appropriate business governance and ownership.
Act as champion for our EDI agenda, role modelling and setting the standards for inclusive leadership.
Use people analytics to enable business leaders to make data-led decisions about talent and resources.
Manage organisational change projects as needed, including TUPE and restructures.
Demonstrable success operating in a HRBP role, ideally in a complex global matrix organisation
Strong commercial and business acumen
Able to influence and challenge at senior levels – act as critical friend
Strong change management, organisation design and consulting capability
- CIPD qualified or equivalent is preferred but relevant experience will also be considered.
