AECOM‘s Major Pursuits Team (MPT) manages the company’s largest and most strategic tender submissions across both established and emerging markets. We're looking for a professional, dynamic individual to join the team for six months to lead key major pursuits through the full procurement life-cycle.

They will monitor pursuit budget and will provide consistency through the entire pursuit process, responsible for gathering lessons learned and driving continuous improvement. The bid manager will be proactive in communicating successes and lessons learned with the MPT leadership team and colleagues. They will manage the sharing of information around their pursuits, including updates to business reports, along with monitoring of their opportunities, in collaboration with End Market colleagues.
