If so, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Leeds to work on Higher Education and Healthcare projects across the northern region. You will be joining a team of like-minded experts that have a passion for innovation and delivering cutting edge solutions.

About Our Team:
We are an industry leader in program, project and cost management services working across a range of industries and sectors. The project management team serves both private and public clients. We look beyond the traditional time, cost, quality view of project delivery and look to understand what is truly important to our clients and how we can better service them.
Our team is growing to support our work predominantly in the public sector with the National Health Service, regional universities and the Government Property Agency (GPA); we are actively building our presence in these markets.
You will need to be from a consultancy or HE/Healthcare client organisation with the ability to undertake the lead role on small projects or working with an Associate or Director, leading on a significant component of a large project. With our commitment to development we would expect you to be a role model for our more junior members of the Team, that would be required to assist you.
The role could cover the whole project lifecycle from initial inception and business case development, through the design, procurement process, site delivery, commissioning phase and defects management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and team building skills;
Knowledge and experience of the Higher Education and Healthcare sector
Highly motivated, able to work independently, diligent and with an eye for detail;
Experience in JCT and/or NEC contract administration;
Strong in setting up and implementing robust Project Management processes
Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, APM or other equivalent institution
Professional Qualification – ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Master’s Degree
APM affiliation preferred (as secondary accreditation)
NEC4 (or 3) Accredited Project Manager
