Position Title RPA Aircraft Scheduling & Documentation Technician III/FLEX Pool

Employee will be part of the Flex Pool and will be required to support TDY deployments to various CONUS/OCONUS locations as required. Employee must be able to support TDY deployments to other CONUS/OCONUS locations as required. Manages and maintains an Aircraft Scheduling and Documentation (ASD) maintenance and utilization program. Develops long range plans and establishes production schedules to meet customer requirements.
Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for maintenance. Maintains proficiency in operations of the USAF Maintenance Information System including Core Automated Maintenance System (CAMS), Centralized Engine Management System (CEMS), and other maintenance management database library programs. Maintains equipment records in library files. Collects, reviews, and files documented information for planning and scheduling of various maintenance activities. Ensures accurate documentation is maintained for aircraft engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations, Time Compliance Technical Orders, time change items, and special inspections. Trains management staff on uses of maintenance database functions and documentation libraries.
USAF equivalent position is Aircraft Scheduling & Documentation Craftsman. Position reports to the Supervisor.
Develops long range plans and establishes production schedules to meet customer requirements.
Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for maintenance. Routes materials to prescribed storage locations.
Maintains equipment records in database library files.
Collects, reviews, and files documented information for planning and scheduling of RPA maintenance activities.
Ensures accurate documentation is maintained for aircraft engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations, Time Compliance Technical Orders, time change items, and special inspections.
Assists in training management staff on uses of maintenance database functions and documentation libraries.
Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Must have Associate’s degree, or have completed relevant military and/or vocational technical school curriculum
Minimum of five-to-eight years actual and recent aircraft Plans & Scheduling experience required
Must possess planning and organizational skills
Must be able to work under deadlinesEmployee must meet all OCONUS Deployment criteria, to include Pre-deployment medical screening as a condition of employment
This is a non-traditional position that will support a flexible work schedule
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English, and must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship upon hire
Must submit updated SF-86 within 30 days of hire start date. Must be able to gain/maintain the required DoD security clearance level commensurate with the assigned duties as a condition of continued employment
Current DoD Security Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant career field
Minimum of five years’ experience in operations of the USAF MIS, including CAMS and/or CEMS
RPA operations & deployment experience
Prior experience as a Defense Contractor
Prior experience in RPA Plans & Scheduling
