Job Description
We are looking for high caliber engineers, to join our Tunnels team within the GEO Business Line. The successful candidates will work on exciting & challenging tunneling projects.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the structural design of tunnel structures and related temporary and permanent structural works
Be an active member of multi-disciplined engineering teams
Prepare design submissions and technical reports
Working collaboratively with the Client to develop optimum technical solutions
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in structural design of infrastructure projects
Holders of MHKIE, MIStructE, MICE, or MIMMM3 are highly preferred; Be on track towards achieving chartered status with HKIE or other equivalent professional bodies
Experience in MTR or other metro projects would be an advantage
Possess experience in dealing with Approval Authorities
Have knowledge in the use of structural software such as SAP 2000 and ROBOT
Experience in BIM (Revit) would be an advantage
Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
Non-chartered candidates or candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
