Job Description

We are recruiting high-calibre talent to join our growing and talented Asia Digital team in our multi-disciplinary Hong Kong office. The scope of works currently covers transportation, civil infrastructure, water, building services, structural engineering and digital consulting projects. Ideal candidates shall have experience in Architectural Engineering and Construction practice, and proven ability in Revit and Civil 3D on large scale / complex multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality BIM deliverables as required in the BIM Execution Plan, including models, drawings, clash report etc.

  • Handle BIM models of different disciplines for federation, coordination or other BIM uses in projects

  • Prepare BIM documents, for example BIM Execution Plan, BIM standards and guides or specification of projects

  • Participate in local or international projects

  • Perform effective communication and attend BIM meetings with internal teams and external clients

  • Work with other teammates in Innovative Solutions business line to develop and provide digital solutions to streamline internal teams or external client workflow and practice

  • Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift & Entertainment policy

Qualifications

  • Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Building Services Engineering or equivalent

  • 4-year working experience as a key member in BIM projects; experience in controlling CDE and preparing BIM documents is preferred

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD Civil 3D and BIM360

  • Experience in using Dynamo, Revit API, Rhino & Grasshopper, Bentley solutions, GRAPHISOFT solutions and any other BIM related solutions will be an advantage

  • Willing to learn, well organized and can work independently under pressure

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage
