We are looking for an ambitious technical leader who has a passion for problem solving and who is looking develop their career in a collaborative and technically rewarding environment. The successful candidate will get to manage both the technical and commercial aspects of their project, lead teams in the preparation of sophisticated structural solutions and work alongside technical Clients in the development of their solution. The Director will provide you with opportunities to develop your technical expertise as well as your project management skills.
You will be joining an international team of talented and experienced professionals who are undertaking projects throughout the Asia Pacific & Australia regions. Our working environment is collaborative, stimulating and lively.
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with Chartered status
Minimum 15 years of experience in the design of major structures such as bridges and viaducts, large span steelwork, or major temporary works / erection engineering.
Excellent understanding of engineering principals and strong problem solving skills.
Professional communication, team-working and interpersonal skills
Experience in Hong Kong is preferred but not essential
