Job Description

  • Manage security and access by programming staff cards, conducting monthly audits, and ensuring a seamless office entry process.

  • Oversee workplace assets, including coordinating fleet maintenance for seven vehicles, tracking registrations, managing cleaning contracts, and handling WFH kits and mobile phone services.

  • Support workplace technology by maintaining the asset portal, troubleshooting Microsoft Teams and AV equipment, and assisting staff with event setup.

  • Maintain office facilities by conducting daily floor checks, managing consumables and lockers, and coordinating building maintenance with vendors.

  • Engage with employees by providing reception coverage when needed, supporting workplace events, and ensuring a safe environment as a Fire Warden and First Aider.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For in You

  • Ideally, you’ll have at least five years of experience in workplace coordination, facilities management, or operations management. A strong background in facilities is a must.

  • The team is constantly approached for support, so we need someone who is approachable, open, and bubbly. You should be comfortable working closely with others, able to tag team with colleagues.

  • Willingness to learn new systems. The role involves managing tools and systems such as the WFH kit asset portal, phone services, booking systems, and AV setup. Training will be provided, but embracing technology is key.

  • This role involves managing office consumables, coordinating minor facility maintenance, and overseeing cleaning services. You will also support event logistics and ensure the Brisbane fleet of eight vehicles is properly maintained and serviced.

  • A valid driver’s licence is required.

This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane office from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. There may be times when support is needed before or after hours to meet business needs.
