Job Description
What Your Day Will Look Like
Deploy & Manage – Oversee the rollout of AECOM’s Secure Azure Enclave, integrating cutting-edge security tools like Microsoft Defender, Sentinel and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
Ensure Compliance – Maintain strict adherence to DISP Level 1, ASD Essential Eight, ISM PROTECTED and IRAP security requirements.
Drive Operations – Perform security audits, manage incident response and oversee continuous threat monitoring using SIEM tools.
Lead Stakeholder Collaboration – Act as the bridge between AECOM IT, Defence stakeholders and cybersecurity partners to maintain world-class security standards.
Qualifications

What are we looking for from you?
Experience in Cloud Security, Azure Security, or IT Operations Management.
Defence or Government experience desirable.
Ability to drive key operational change as a personable and approachable point of contact, while utilising your infrastructure experience and being security mindful.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer, CISSP (highly desirable), CCSP, IRAP Assessor (desirable), or ISO27001 Lead Auditor are advantageous, but not essential.
