This role is a FIFO role, working on a two week on – two week off basis to Roma in the Maranoa Regional Council Area.
Job Description
What will a day in this role look like:
Collect groundwater and surface water samples from multiple sites, managing and handling samples following strict procedures.
Manage schedule to ensure sampling timeframes are achieved and liaise with stakeholders.
Commit to a minimum 12-month FIFO program, with opportunity to rotate into the Geosciences and Remediation Services team in Brisbane or Townsville after.
Qualifications
What are we looking for from you?
Bring energy and collaboration to deliver solutions for our clients.
Tertiary qualification in environmental science, geology, or engineering with at least six months’ experience in water sampling.
Ability to work safely in the field, manage subcontractors, and travel to remote client sites.
Confident in handling data, using industry-standard tools, and supporting project and proposal management.
A full Australia drivers licence is essential
