Step into a dynamic role as our ANZ Change Lead, partnering with Global Change Leads to drive impactful projects such as IT transformation, People & Culture programs, and operational improvements. You’ll consider the organization’s strategy, structure, process, and culture to effectively diagnose and manage change, applying principles and stages to suit various situations.

Core responsibilities include program management, stakeholder engagement, and developing communications and training plans. Successful change management will enable faster adoption, higher utilization, and greater proficiency. This role involves traveling across ANZ and engaging with global teams, with flexibility for the right candidate. Job Description

  • Applying strong project management skills to handle scheduling and budgeting, ensuring smooth execution across initiatives.

  • Understand the business case and success drivers for the change and how this impacts your region. Ensure Leaders are across the drivers and the “why” and bring them on the journey.

  • Define the “as is” and the “to be” as it relates to People, Process and Technology to build the Change Plan. Develop process improvement plans to identify the actions to help move through the change in what they do today.

  • Coach regional sponsors, executives, and other leaders to effectively lead and champion change.

  • Develop training plans and in some cases the training material and communications collateral.

  • Strategic projects currently include Digital Transformation, Finance Transformation, Technical Excellence and Delivery Excellence. Manage teams through ongoing hypercare and stabilization of the change.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in Operations, Project, or Business Management.

  • Expertise in Change Management (e.g., ADKAR Model), including stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and process improvement.

  • Strong project management skills with budget management and the ability to develop influential relationships.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leadership, combined with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Flexibility and agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including collaboration across different time zones and willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Effective problem-solving abilities and commercial acumen.
