AECOM Billing Administrator in Fort McMurray, Alberta

AECOM is seeking a Billing Administrator to join our team at our CNRL Albian Project. This is a full time position on a 7 day on, 7 day off rotation.
Provides assistance to office and field operations to help ensure compliance with company policies as well as applicable provincial and federal regulations.
Responsibilities may include:
Invoicing labor and material in oracle.
Reconciling hours in client system to hours in entered in Oracle.
Applying payments from client to the appropriate open invoices.
Reconciling any unapplied cash.
Verifying rates are correct in both systems.
Collecting and verifying appropriate backup for any errors found.

Qualified applicants who are offered, and accept, a position must provide evidence of a satisfactory Alcohol & Drug test in accordance with the Company's Alcohol & Drug Policy. In order to be valid, the test must have been conducted at the direction of AECOM - O&G Business Unit.
Bachelor’s Degree + 0 years experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Construction Safety Training Systems - 09 (CSTS-09)
Proficient in Microsoft Office experience: Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
Previous experience in office administration or data entry roles.
Oracle knowledge is an asset.
Availability to work in camp environment
