Job Description

AECOM Canada is searching for a Program Advisory Senior Manager for a full-time position based at Edmonton.

  • The Project Delivery Advisory Senior Manager leads Project Delivery processes for projects and programs that are typically medium to large in size with high levels of execution complexity and are of significant strategic value.

  • Support Project and Program Management engagements, providing direction and coaching for delivery teams.

  • Work collaboratively with Regional Business Line Leaders and Regional Program Controls Directors to assess project management opportunities, providing Advisory input where required.

  • Provide Project Advisory support to bid teams for major pursuits.

  • Lead the development of Project Delivery tools and service offerings.

  • Develop the community of Project Delivery practitioners and embed core consulting skills and Project Management methodologies.

  • Takes the client (whether internal or external) on the journey from first engagement, problem statement and through to analysis and solution development.

  • Considers how to tell the story from balanced evidence, building a compelling case for change that is tailored to the situation.

  • Provide support to Project Teams and Clients for the roll-out of Program and Project Delivery tools, processes and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree and 10+ years of related experience.

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiar with Project and Program Management principles and methodologies.

  • Experience in implementation of software solutions and tools.

  • Experience with development of Training solutions.

Additional Information

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $160,000.00 - $190,000.00.
