Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this strategic role, you will lead and optimize our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier professionals across various departments and levels within our organization.

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create tailored recruitment plans

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer negotiation

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles

  • Manage and optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure the best fit for each position

  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring processes

  • Stay updated on UAE labor laws and global talent acquisition trends to ensure compliance and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in a recruitment delivery role

  • Advanced knowledge of recruitment techniques, talent sourcing strategies, and interviewing methodologies

  • Experience with Emiratization initiatives and compliance requirements in the UAE.

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple hiring initiatives simultaneously

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

  • Experience in employer branding and creating compelling job descriptions

  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations

  • Understanding of global talent acquisition trends and best practices

  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
