  • Leverage future network with other regional EC Growth Champions to share approaches and best practices being utilized in the Americas.

  • Review the proposed role with West TRA RBLL/DOO/Supervisor to obtain their thoughts on how to address gaps that you might have with respect to understanding of the current business as it relates to EC.

  • Review with RBLL/DOO/Supervisor how role is going to be communicated within business line and how you will be engaging capture managers and operations managers.

  • Attend and participate in the West Region BL EC Engagement Calls (.5 bi-weekly).

  • Attend and participate in the West Region Growth Champions touch-point calls (1 hour bi-weekly on the off-week from pipeline calls). Level of effort and time spent in this role will be determined by the business line.

  • Hold individual calls with PMs chasing major pursuits that are eligible to use EC and discuss the breadth of EC resources that can be provided. Facilitate phone call connections between the PM and the EC staff.

  • Participate in the development of the project budget with PMs to incorporate EC staffing.

  • Meet with the PM for any larger projects that will utilize EC as they are developing their project budget to integrate individual names from EC.

  • Meet with PMs for major projects that are utilizing EC to evaluate the quality of support EC is providing and then help pinpoint/address quality issues if any (with EC).
