Job Description
AECOM/Hunt South is seeking an experienced Travelling Superintendent with experience in stadium/sports, hospitality, life-sciences/healthcare, airport, construction to add to our team of experts. This opportunity is a travel based remote position to travel to client sites.
Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects.
Responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single area, multi-area or a multi-discipline construction project.
May be the primary client contact for all jobsite day to day activities, or may coordinate with client’s resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned area of operations.
Responsibilities are to ensure assigned jobsite operations are in compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
Interfaces with all other administrative field staff, field management staff and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS + 6 years of relevant construction superintendent experience or AA/AS + 8 years of relevant experience or HS + 10 years of relevant experience
Valid Driver’s License to operate an AECOM provided motor vehicle on construction project site(s) to support project tasks assignments and scope of work. For positions with driving responsibilities, Motor Vehicle Records are reviewed as part of AECOM’s background check process to ensure compliance with the Company’s driving standards.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated experience in construction in industries such as:
stadium/sports complex
hospitality
life-sciences/healthcare
airport
higher education
Commercial construction experience in public and private sector.
Experience in CMAR/GMP delivery.
Large project experience > $150M.
Ability to travel as necessary.

Additional Information
This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future.
This position does not offer relocation assistance. Travel assignments will come with a Temporary Living Allowance determined by location.

90% travel within the United States is required.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $80,756.40 - $149,399.34.
