Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an Engineer 3 to provide oversight of Combat System activation activities aboard ship and within the Zumwalt war room and provide software trouble report analysis for the Total Ship Computing Environment (TSCE) in support of software build definition and new capability deliveries.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Engineering and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance required. Five (5) years of General Surface Navy Combat Systems military operations experience or mission engineering experience with three (3) years of specialized experience is necessary along with one (1) year of experience with AEGIS BL 9 and AEGIS BL 10. Experience in one or more of the areas below required:

  • DDG 1000 Integrated Communications Control (ICC) experience / SME

  • Sensor Vehicle Control (SVC) experience / SME

  • DDG 1000 Combat System Element Interface experience / SME

  • Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) experience / SME

  • Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) experience / SME

  • DOORS Requirements experience / SME

Preferred Qualifications

Active Secret Clearance preferred.
