Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Remote Digital EHS Implementation Expert to support our Chicago, IL location. Responsibilities for this position will include:
Coordinate and lead technical implementation of projects of varying complexity.
Manage complex configuration and/or implementation across multiple modules of one solution and/or multiple vendor product suites (Enablon, Essential Suite).
Lead requirements gathering, run gap analysis workshops and multi-module demonstrations in person and remotely.
Meet with clients to identify risks and provide status updates.
Work with vendors on bugs and enhancement requests.
Support training to and oversight of work being performed by junior technical staff.
Works with clients on EHS requirements and workflows.
Flexible work location, with travel inside Canada and United States.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, STEM degrees or a related field +6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and / or education.
Experience implementing the Enablon AQS application.
Valid Driver’s License and as a condition of employment must be able to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review.
Due to the nature of work, US CItizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of MIS/EHS related experience
Experience with MIS/EHS software applications such as Enablon, Cority, Intelex, Sphera Solutions, EtQ, etc.
Business analysis experience and/or certification
Knowledge of software implementation life cycle and agile and waterfall methodologies
Experience with MS SharePoint and MS Visio
Knowledge/experience in conducting client training
Knowledge/experience with SQL Scripting
Enablon ESG suite certification

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $96,000.00 - $176,500.00.
