职位描述
组织全球设计中心(EC)运营管理和项目管理会议, 准备会议文件，做好会议记录;
统筹管理EC项目文件资料;
参加项目管理工作，负责收集整理项目管理相关的数据，完成项目管理相关的报告；
协助内部质量管理工作，跟进有关部门的质量管理报告的完成；
参加策划及组织公司企业文化建设有关的各项员工活动；
管理执行总监的日程安排，协助执行总监完成差旅事宜；
按照执行总监的要求，协助与公司内外部门沟通协调，负责客户客人接待，做好文件的收发等交办的其他行政事务性工作；
统筹EC办公室人员考勤和处理各种假期；
协调行政部完成EC办公室行政事务。
完成执行总监和部门经理交办的其他事宜。
在符合录用条件的基础上，按上述主要工作职责描述以及相关业务要求达到预期期望；
根据公司年度绩效评估体系的要求，与主管共同设定业务目标及个人发展目标并按时间规定、有效达成指标
职位要求
项目管理或工程管理等相关专业本科或以上学历。
英语六级或以上，较强的英文沟通能力。
2年以上大型跨国公司项目助理或行政助理工作经验，有建筑工程或项目管理相关行业工作经验者优先。
具备良好的沟通协调能力，高情商。
有较强的工作责任心和进取心、始终以积极的态度对待工作。
