Job Description
We are currently recruiting an Architecture Tehnician III based in the Romania Enterprise Capabilities Office in Bucharest. This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, incorporating a combination of both in-office and remote working schedules.
Roles and Responsibilities
Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.
Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.
Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.
Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
Under some supervision, may complete design assignments of moderate complexity.
Limited familiarity with codes, permits, and software applications related to the discipline.
Introduced to the process of preparing designs and drawings using project specifications and discipline-associated written and verbal instructions in accordance with established design practices, standards and procedures.
Intermediate understanding of the purpose and use of vendor documents.
Introduced to the process of performing material take-offs for the discipline.
Qualifications
Students in final year are welcome to apply.
Candidates must have:
Good spoken and written English Skills
Passion for detailing and solving problems.
Experience in BIM/REVIT projects, good knowledge of Revit and other Autodesk products.
Would be appreciated:
Passion for visualization and graphics. Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere) and rendering skills would be advantageous. 3d Max/ Unreal and rendering add-ons such as Vray/ Enscape.
Advanced design tools such as Grasshopper/ Dynamo/Scripting.
Ability to work under own initiative with established timeframes and a high degree of accuracy.
Willingness and drive to work collaboratively and integrate in a dynamic team focused on developing together and meeting expectations of our International Clients.
