Job Description

This role will be responsible for performing the end-to-end cash application processes and activities in compliance with established policies, procedures, and management guidance. The role will be involved with stakeholder coordination to execute assigned processes and to provide support in resolving process and system issues.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Verify timesheets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies

  • Collaborate with employees and managers to address discrepancies or incomplete entries.

  • Follow up on missing timesheets or approvals to ensure timely submission

  • Conduct periodic audits to identify and address discrepancies or policy violations

  • Provide insights or trends related to employee time allocation for operational improvements.

  • Identify and suggest improvements in timesheet processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Support automation or system upgrades related to timesheet management.

  • experience in timesheet processing, payroll, or a related role.

  • Capable for resolving Bulk Timesheet fallout to clear weekly basis.

  • Understanding the fallout and communicate with the PM to resolve the exceptions.

  • Responsible for daily Employee Centre Ticket Identifying the payroll and non-payroll request.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.

  • Strong communication skills for resolving timesheet discrepancies and collaborating with teams.

  • Full-time role with occasional deadlines requiring flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting or any Business-related course.

  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in cash applications, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash.

  • Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English.

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe application.

  • Knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and procedures and internal controls.

  • Experience working with ERP, e.i., Oracle Systems or SAP is preferred.

  • Previous experience in process migration/transition is a plus.

  • Experience working in Shared Services or BPO is an advantage.
