We will be continuing to expand our successful and established Development team in Northern Ireland and will have a future need for a Senior Consultant to join the Belfast office. Our Development team are currently building a pipeline of candidates ready a future need in Quarter 2. We will be looking for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic Senior Consultant with experience of development planning and engineering projects. The Belfast office has an established track record of successfully delivering high profile development schemes and has a multi-disciplinary capability, offering staff the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting local and international projects.
You will be a good communicator and should have a proven track record in supporting the delivery of innovative and cost-effective transportation solutions relating to development projects. The role available will provide a range of challenging, dynamic and high-profile projects. Typical duties will include the preparation of Transport Assessment Forms and Transport Assessments and organising and analysing traffic and parking surveys for planning submissions. Liaison with statutory stakeholders and assisting with the production of feasibility studies will also form part of the role.

A selection of our current and recent projects includes:
Numerous development engineering projects for mixed-use, retail, commercial and residential developments
Development schemes including the feasibility of greenways and improvements to public transport
Provide transportation advice on master-planning projects for developers, local authorities, etc. on key strategic development schemes
Significant work experience in a similar role with specific design experience in some/all of the following:
Traffic surveys and analysis
Transport Assessment Forms
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Full clean driving license
