Providing administrative support to the principals and project team.
Setting meeting agendas, participating in project meetings and taking notes.
Supporting the proposal team to prepare proposal letter in accordance with the RFP sent from the client
Assisting in Duty Stamp process for the contract.
Updating all business development activities in Salesforce as informed by the team.
Typing reports, letters; reviewing and preparing records.
Scanning, Filing, Binding drawings and report as required.
Client liaison as necessary.
Organizing travel, accommodation for project team members – full cycle
Other ad-hoc requests i.e. printer support
University graduate with at least 2 years’ experience as a team secretary / administrator / executive assistant.
Candidates with experience working in Engineering / Construction / Project Management firms would be preferable.
Effectively bilingual in written and spoken English and Thai
Strong proficiency in Microsoft package including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well with expatriates.
Service-minded and Team player
Positive working attitude, and able to work under pressure
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any fields
