Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Senior OT/ICS Engineer to be based in our Arlington, VA office.
The OT/ICS Engineer will be responsible for the following items:
What You Will Do:
Under the direction of the Cyber Security Manager
Provide review and design requirements for operational technology or systems supporting facility related controls in the built environment.
Responsible for collecting regulatory requirements and developing functional specifications.
Ensure the availability and accuracy of Operational Technology systems per contractual requirements.
Travel to field sites for charettes and collaboration involving OT systems, as necessary.
Track, document, and report on the progress of projects as well as day-to-day activities
Participate as a team member in significant efforts that involve cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :
BA/BS in Automation, Electronics or Computer Science (IT) or related degree, plus four (4) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
Ability to maintain/obtain security clearance up to TS/SCI
Preferred Qualifications :
Have a broad experience in computer and network systems, including IT/OT security, cyber-related regulations, NIST requirements, NERC CIP, IEC 62443 UFC 4-010-06
Recommend Certifications: COMPTIA Security+, SANS GICSP, GRID, GCIP, and ISC2 CISSP, SSCP
Experience with operational technologies such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software, and Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems
Able to demonstrate proficiency in a wide range of OT security technologies, embedded security, and network platforms
Solid understanding of L2/L3 networking and architecture
Able to demonstrate understating of business principles and operational security practices specific to engineering and/or security consulting
Possess excellent presentation skills, including presentation development, numeracy and analysis skills, and advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated capability to produce reports suitable for delivery to both technical and non-technical audiences, and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Have the ability to productively work with no supervision with demanding due dates, this is a 100% remote position
Has a solid foundation of understanding or analysis of client business practices and goals; develops and formulates solutions to client problems on assigned projects
Has broad technical knowledge but possesses an area of specialization or focus
Be willing to travel up to 30%, domestic and international
Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-82, NIST CSF, and NERC CIP Standards preferred
Hands-on technical configuration and implementation of cyber security standards and controls preferred
Experience with security engineering principles, various cybersecurity assessment methodologies, security control implementation, and validation, and system life-cycle practices, preferred
Experience with operational technologies such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software, and Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
Understanding IT and OT network communication protocols (including BACNET IP / MSTP, Niagara Fox Protocol, Modbus, IEC 61850,OPC, OPC UA, and PROFINET).
Ability to manage multiple high priorities simultaneously
Under limited supervision, responsible for the creation of work plans and task definitions
