Job Description
AECOM is currently seeking a Project Engineer for a future upcoming project. The main function of a Data Center Construction Project Engineer is to direct and coordinate day-to-day activities in the field for onsite delivery of projects, regularly collaborating with key stakeholders.
This person will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Direct and coordinate day-to-day activities in the field
Regularly collaborate and engage key Microsoft stakeholders, including Land Development, Microsoft Security, Legal, Design, Construction, and Operations teams
Work with the General Contractor engineering team to ensure that construction details and permit requirements are confirmed
Work with the General Contractor engineering team to ensure that materials are reviewed, approved, fabricated, and delivered to the site
General knowledge and experience with a variety of construction means and methods
Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required. + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Data Center Construction experience
Preferred Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00.
